30-Day Return Policy for purchases

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below:

  1. Condition of Item: The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
  2. Proof of Purchase: Please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
  3. Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
  4. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  5. Exclusions: Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, are not eligible for returns. These exceptions will be clearly marked on the product page.

Purchases from 3rd Party Websites

If your purchase was made via a 3rd party website, the returns policy of that website will take precedence. Please ensure all returns are made in adherence to the returns policy of the 3rd party website.

Extended Guarantees

Some of our products are eligible for a free extended guarantee. To take advantage of this offer, you must register your product within 30 days of purchase. Here's how it works:

  1. Eligibility: Look for the Extended Guarantee details in or on the product packaging to confirm if the item is eligible.
  2. Registration: To register, follow the instructions provided. This may involve scanning a QR code and/or visiting a website to provide registration details. All required information must be provided to ensure your extended guarantee is registered and valid.
  3. Proof of Purchase: Keep your original invoice or order confirmation as proof of purchase. You'll need this to make a claim.
  4. Making a Claim: If you are unhappy with your product for any reason within the extended guarantee period, contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase and guarantee registration details. We will either replace (if available) or provide you with a refund. The choice is yours.
  5. Exclusions: The extended guarantee does not cover accidental damage or misuse.

How to Initiate a Return or Claim

  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Safely pack the item and ship it back to us, including the RMA number on the package.
  4. Receive Refund or Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or send a replacement, as applicable.
